Vintage Simon's turtleneck dress

Unique vintage Simon's dress with a turtleneck, long full skirt, long cuffed sleeves, and removable shoulder pads. Batwing sleeves, elastic waist, pockets, and no zipper. Made of a polyester/cotton knit with a muted purple paisley pattern. Modeled on size 12/14/XL and could fit a size bigger or smaller because it's so roomy. No original size marking. Measurements: Waist: stretches from 28"-44" Length from waist: 34"
