Vintage Single IKE Eisenhower Earring

This vintage earring is made of a gold tone metal and is all by itself, the mate being long lost. The earring is shaped like the letters "IKE" for former US president Eisenhower, and is apparently from a series of campaign jewellery, which is a wild concept. The screw-on backing is slightly askew but can be bent back. The (single!) earring has wear, most visible in the marks on the surface of the metal.
