Vintage Size Small Red Rabbit Fur & Silk Sweater vest by Ebene Patrick Assuline

A beautiful red Rabbit Fur vest by Ebene designed by Patrick Assuline. The fur is very soft and luxurious. I love the deep rich red color and the silver hardware zipper pull....it's almost like a little piece of jewelry! The back of the vest is like a sweater. It's made of 70% silk, 12% angora, 16% nylon and 2% cotton. The interior front of the vest is lined with a beautiful red satin fabric. Two side pockets to keep your hands warm! Ok, I'm not sure if I want to sell this. I walked into an expensive boutique a long time ago and decided I had to have it. I remember the retail price was $400 and I waited until it went on sale and paid $200 plus taxes...and ladies, this was over 20 years ago! lol So does that make it vintage? I only wore it a handful of times and it just sat in my closet. The only flaw I noticed recently was the center back neckline fur seam had split a little due to time. So I sewed it up with a little thread and needle. (See close up photo.) Also at the left underarm area, a little bit of fur has fallen off. Not visible when worn. Those are the only flaws on this vintage beauty. Sold "As Is" No size tag but I would say it fits a Size Small the best PTP 17.5" Waist: 17" Length 20" I still love this piece and I'm hesitant to let this one go!
