Vintage Skirt Navy Blue with Yellow Flowers - handmade, pleated, flowers

Vintage handmade skirt - no tags, I believe it's handmade - pleated skirt with high waist band - navy with tiny white flowers, and larger yellow flowers here and there (colours may look a bit lighter in person, hard to catch on camera) - light fabric, possibly cotton - good vintage condition - needs some ironing to smooth and bring back the pleating Measurements (laying flat): waist 15.25 inches hips 21 inches (this is approximate, just laying flat. lots of extra room, since it's pleated) fell length 29 inches
