Slag glass with metal. Beautifully made. Light green colour with light metal top and accents. Wire will need to be upgraded. Last two photos show very fine marks, will not be visible from below by anyone. Really is a unique piece. Made in Canada. 13” measured across, under light. 31” diameter (see photos) and 10.5” height.
