Vintage Sony Sports CD Walkman (Discman) - D-SJ01 - Parts Only. (Please Read)

Product: Sony Discman Sports D-SJ01. Item condition: The physical condition of the Discman itself is great, aside from the flaws I'm going to note below. -I don't have a power adapter so it has not been tested for power, however the battery compartment is broken, it can likely be fixed but I'm not entirely technical so I will leave it to someone with experience. (I will attach the broken piece in a small bag and pack it neatly with the Discman. See the last two photos for where the battery compartment is broken, aswell as the attachment I will include.
