Vintage Sony TCM-200DV Handheld Cassette Clear Voice Recorder/Player VOR

This is something I picked up from a garage sale and dont know too much about. The power button does work and the red light comes on, but I genuinely have no clue how to use this and dont know if its in working condition or not so I am listing this as untested; it may work completely functionally but may not as well, I dont know how to check
