Vintage Souvenir April Figurine Bell.

This sweet souvenir collectible bell has the foil label on the side that reads April. It also has a souvenir sticker on the front but I am unable to read it. There are some chips to the rabbits ears and the tip of the girls ponytail. She needs a good cleaning.
