Vintage Spinnging Top - Decoration Only

Spinning Top all metal vintage toy with moving Center/orbiting ring. I cannot seem to keep this spinning without falling over so that's why it labeled as decorative, not a functional toy, but cool ornament for someone who collects vintage stuff.
