Vintage St Michael Red & Beige Scarf

This vintage scarf by St. Michael is shaped like a large rectangle and has a silky satin finish. The edges are machine stitched and while there is a tag, it doesn't list fabric contents beyond "Rhodia". The closest I could find for information was a reference to Rhodia and satin, and that's about as specific as I can get. The fabric is lightweight but not sheer, and the ends have very short red fringe. The pattern is a red and beige sort of check pattern with squares and rhombuses, with a solid red border.
