Vintage Staffordshire Porcelain Plaque in Gold Engraved Frame

It is a framed, circular , porcelain, decorative plate . The plate's background is a rich red velvet , and the outer frame is a decorative gold-colored material. The scene on the plate depicts two figures from the 18th century, a man and a woman with dog in what appears to be a London street scene. The plaque measure 6" in diameter.
