Vintage Stangl 3444 Hand Painted Ceramic Cardinal Bird Figurine

This ceramic cardinal is mounted on a green stump with yellow leaves and brown acorns. There is a makers mark on the base indicating it is made by Stangl, sometime in the 1950s. This figurine is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The white spot on the tip of the beak is a space the black glaze didn't cover, and is glossed over.
