Vintage Sterling Dainty Chain Bracelet/Anklet

This might actually be a bracelet, but it would be the longest bracelet I've seen, which is why I believe it's an ankle bracelet (anklet). This dainty vintage anklet is made of a sterling silver and has a lobster clasp closure. The lobster prong is stamped 925 and the second just before the clasp is stamped ITALY. The chain is thin and dainty and is dotted with oval-shaped metal accents. It's possible they're intended to be shells.
