Vintage Sterling Monogrammed Napkin Ring

This vintage napkin ring is made of sterling silver and is etched with the name "Barbara" in a cursive script. The ring is a long oblong oval with a rounded ridge on top and bottom. The bottom of one end is stamped "STERLING" with a maker's mark I can't identify. It looks halfway between a fork and a stick man.
