Up for sale is this incredible rare breathtaking vintage brooch crafted in sterling, featuring a large oval cabochon of glossy black onyx, surrounded by intricate enamel floral accents and sparkling glass stones. The raised detailing, ornate leaf design, and blue flower petals suggest a mid-century Austro-Hungarian revival style, likely from the 1940s–1950s. The brooch has a weighty, quality feel, and the back shows the silver base beneath the oxidation.  Approx 1.75 - 2 inch long.  Please see images for slight wear not really affecting the ornate beauty of this incredible piece.
