Vintage Sterling Silver Italy Necklace with Geometric natural quartz Pendant

Vintage Sterling silver 925 Italy Marked, smooth chain 22 inches long, with a quartz crystal pendant also marked 925, the quartz has a light tinge of green to it, so l'm not sure what type of quartz it is. It does have a few nibbles to the quartz please view last pictures sold as is.
