Vintage Strapless Striped Silk Evening Dress

CORRECTION! This piece is NOT handmade! I recently found a tag! I acquired this gown second hand and unfortunately it doesn't quite fit anymore. It fits me, a size six in the waist, however I believe it requires a medium waisted very busty lady to do it justice.
