@rose0316 Hi there! They are a size 16 so should fit a 38-40" waist, but I will try to get the exact measurement for you tomorrow.

@rose0316 Sad :/ They are a little snug - I am a pretty solid 16 (and I can fit into the occasional 14) and they were a little small on me if that makes a difference.
