Vintage Studio Art Pottery Bulbous Raku Vase Metallic Signed

Vintage studio art pottery vase in Japanese Raku style. Has a beautiful black metallic iridescent glaze in shades of turquoise, red, purple, gold and pink. The inside of the vase is just as pretty. Textured ribbed design gives the vase lots of interest. Raku pottery is known for its often brightly colored, iridescent, or metallic glazes, and the bare clay areas frequently turn black due to the post-firing reduction process.
