Vintage Style black and white dress! - XS/Small

Super pretty!!! 2000’s does 60’s wiggle dress! Love this cute cotton dress. It’s lined on the top half which makes this a perfect summer dress. Cotton with mild stretch. The size tag was unfortunately cut out of this beauty, however I’ll provide measurements below. I’m picking up Breakfast at Tiffany’s vibes and maybe Betty Draper from Madmen. Bust: 34’ Waist: 26” Hip: 36 - 38” Length: 40” Dress has some stretch! However it probably can only accommodate an inch more than provided measurements.
