Vintage Suit dress 2 piece fits like a 12

Beautiful lined Tank dress with matching jacket. The jacket has shoulder pads which could be removed. The dress has a back zip closure. This size is 15/16, but sizes have changed and I would put this closer to a size 12. Please see measurements. Dress pit to pit 21 inches hips 21.5 inches. Length shoulder to hem 40 inches.
