Vintage TESSUTI Floral Print Blouse short sleeve black pastels polka dots 90s

Vintage TESSUTI floral print short sleeve blouse. Black background with asymmetrical white polka dots and pastel florals in shades of pink, green, yellow, blue. Super cute polyester print :) Somewhat sheer. Easily removable shoulder pads. 5 button front closure. Tailored front and back with darts. Kind of has a crisp, unused feel about it. I believe this blouse was made shortly after the original NAFTA came into place. The tag is interesting, stating made in Mexico, and imported into Canada. Great vintage condition, except for a small fabric imperfection, on the back from right shldr down a ways. I can’t tell if it is an actual pull or not (2nd last pic). Not very noticeable with the busy pattern. I just noticed when taking close up pics. I also have the matching skirt :) Tagged size 36. L maybe even XL. Good for a variety of sizes.
