Vintage Tabi international skirt

I’m serving you 80’s office vibes. I would totally wear this to work. This fab high waisted tabi international skirt is a size 10, however I would size it more as a size 8 or even size 6. Waist fits tight but I like that look. Skirt is roomy in the hips. Waist - 14 inches, Zipper - 7 inches hips - 19.5 inches length is 25.5 inches. I paired this with a basic black top and vintage paisley gold belt.
