Gorgeous, flat front, high waisted, tapered leg, made out of 100% fine, Irish linen trouser pants. Unlined, side zip/button closure. Material is a thicker linen. Made by Talbots.

Can you confirm if this is a tight fitting pant? Or does it have a good amount of room-especially in the bum area?

@priscillajoh804 Tight isn't the right word, but these are more TAILORED pants. Not the usual loose, thin, wide leg linen pants. I'd compare the measurements provided with a pair of similar cut, trouser pants that fit you! That's the best way to determine the fit.
