Vintage Talking Arthur Plush 17" Stuffed Doll Toy 1996 Playskool Marc Brown Plush is in good used condition, with fraying/other wash wear. The voice box is damaged from battery corrosion and needs a good cleaning. Voice sometimes can be heard if batteries are moved around, but is muffled. See pictures for details.
