Vintage Tan Fringe button Front Skirt Size 16

This skirt is in good vintage condition. The size tag is 16 but this is vintage sizing so closer to about a size 12. Please note the lay flat measurements as follows: length is 36 inches waist is 16 inches hip is 21 inches Fabric is 65% polyester and 35 % viscose. Made in Canada. The fun fringe on the bottom appears to have been added after market but give really cute cowgirl vibes. Pair with cowboy boots and a denim jacket. There is a small spot on the back as shown is the last photo.
