Vintage teal dress made by Mandy Designs in Montreal. Belted, with buttons up the back and at collarbone and on sleeves, shoulder has pleated puff detail. Absolutely adorable! 100% polyester, tagged as a size 5. Measures 14" across shoulder seams, 19.5" pit to pit, 16.5" long sleeve, 119"waist, 39.5" long, Belt is 29.5" long.
