Vintage Textured Belt Buckle Ring w/Charm

Ring is new and comes in what believe to be the original packaging Very unique and actually works (provided you remove the charm), there is a heart shaped charm on the end of the end of the textured belt which could be used for engraving. I do not believe this to be actual silver, no markings or manufactures stamp See photos for measurements, charm could be removed and the belt loosed, I believe the charm is there to provide security. I don't know a lot about this ring other than it was purchased by my grandma and found prior to her estate sale. Questions? Please ask prior to purchase.
