Vintage Thalie black velvet skirt

In excellent used condition! This perfect skirt from Thalie (tag looks vintage) features a wide waist band with decorative trims, a zipper back (or side, I'm still not sure which way it goes) and fabric just thick enough to be flattering, but thin enough to be a year-round closet staple. I have been loving this skirt for a long time, taking good care of it, but it's just a bit too small (it's true to size, I'm usually a Medium in bottoms) and so I have to wear it too high on my waist in order to zip it completely.
