Thermos Vacuum Bottle
1950’s Fly Fishing Theme
Made in Toronto
Currently in the Smithsonian Collection
I was thinking how to describe this. A Vacuum bottle. Well my first thought was a Thermis bottle akin to calling all snowmobiles Ski Doos. And Made in Toronto. Another Canadian Brand!
Great fly fishing lure graphics against a light wood grain background would make this Thermos a great display item in a cottage or cabin.
The sealer and filler are still intact so the Thermos could also be used for its original purpose,
Condition Good Vintage Condition. The interior glass looks good. The body is dented around the bottom of the body which continue to the bottom. Some rust on the bottom. A small chips on the bottle. I tried to capture this in my pictures.
