Vintage Thin Rectangular Striped Scarf

This vintage scarf is shaped like a thin rectangle and has hand-rolled edges with very short red fringe on the shorter ends. The middle of the scarf is a nice consistent red and white stripe pattern, and the ends appear to have 3 sort of crests on either end. I'm unable to identify them but they look to me like crests for a team or country? They may just be decorative. The scarf has some vintage wear but is in good condition overall. The only issue I could find was that one of the rolled edges has lost some of its stitches (last picture), but it's such a small issue that it has no effect on wearability.
