Vintage Tiered Ruffle Plaid Skirt

Taffeta skirt in a plaid of gorgeous peacock tones. Very good vintage condition. The waistband is stretchy, but it is a small piece. Please see pic for waist measurement. There’s a good inch (at least) of stretch in the waist, and therefore I estimate it would fit a 24” waist comfortably. Length from waistband to hem = 21.5”
