Beautiful vintage tiered cotton maxi skirt from Jessica in white. Perfect for a breezy, feminine look for summer. *repaired flaw, see below* wide elastic waistband drop waist 3 tiers lined with cotton underskirt to the knee embroidered waistband 100%cotton except waistband size 12 fits true to size about 36" long good used condition but has a flaw which was repaired. Someone had cut out a piece of the fabric near the hem.
