Vintage Tin - Tole Painted Rooster - Hand Painted

Rustic Tole Painted Circular Tin featuring a Rooster Motif Tole is a French term for tole peinte - painted sheet metal. This type of painting on tin objects is almost always done on a black background and features some stencilling. 19.5" Circumference x 3.5"H x 6" W across the top Condition is good - it is a vintage piece and there are areas of wear with some very minor paint flecks around the bottom of the tin ledge and around the lid - see photos. They are minor and don't detract from the tin.
