vintage tole art cut paper to produce a 3 dimensional effect 'tides' bistro black matte frame has some dings ~ would be easily covered with a sharpie ~ art itself is in good pre-loved condition this is signed although I can't make it out ~ maybe Bherman (?) measures approx 12" across, approx 14" tall
