🇨🇦 Vintage Toronto-designed Passenger Pigeon ruffle hem skirt Sz M

Vintage and one of a kind, handmade skirt with uneven blue ruffle hem from Toronto eco fashion brand Passenger Pigeon from early 2000s. Fully lined. Upcycled fabrics. Functioning front pocket. Hidden zipper closure. Beautiful pigeon screen print on front. Tweed-style light wool fabric blend (yak down and organic cotton). Measurements : Waist: 15" across lying flat. Length waist to hem: 22.25". NOTE: seam at the bottom of the zipper is slightly coming apart. Can be easily fixed with a couple of small stitches. See pic #8
