Vintage Torrid Mini Black Floral Tie Neck Dress 1X 2X

Elegant black dress featuring a delicate pink floral pattern. Ideal for versatile styling. She is well worn and loved, no rips or stains but the fabric shows signs of wear and she is priced cheaply to reflect that (see product photos). However she is still super wearable and flattering, only selling because she no longer fits me. Is marked as a 2X but fits like a 1X. Waist is stretchy.
