Vintage Treasure Craft USA Owl Dish Can be used as a trinket dish, spoon rest for cooking, ashtray if you're old school like that, or just weird wall art hang it on a nail though the hole at the top 🤷 I got I from my neighbour, he said he had it since the 80s which seems to track from what I can find, but he does have a bit of mental decline so someone into the vintage thing knows more than me!
