Lovely handmade vintage tropical leaf patterned skirt. Elastic waist, single ruffle pleated tier to give it that extra bounce and sass! Fantastic piece still with original makers tag. Made by Dancing Princesse in Quebec, Canada, of 65% cotton, 35% polyester fabric. Measures 12" across (elastic) waist, 31" long.
