Vintage?! True Religion jeans, size 28, as new

I've had these jeans for probably 8 years. The first pair I ever bought! Purchased on eBay I paid over $200. But I'd read reviews that said they ran two sizes smaller which is obviously untrue! I LOVE these jeans and always hoped I'd grow into them - LoL 😁 not likely at 40! I wore them two or three times but they are way too big. Might still throw them onto eBay. I think they are defective, I had one of the front tears sewn by a local seamstress. Truly spectacular jeans if you wear 28's.
