Vintage Tunic-Style Dress/Shirt

Vintage 60's green tunic style dress/shirt. Can be worn as a short dress or tunic style shirt. The shirt has fun cloth covered green buttons that button up the front. The tag says the size is 9/10, however, it fits much smaller than a contemporary size 10, I have listed it as a medium. The stitching has come out on the cuff, which I've shown on the last picture, but otherwise the garment is in good shape.
