Vintage Turquoise Emerald Green Fit and Flare Velvet Dress

Beautiful early 90s vintage dress. Looks like it may be designed for petites or maybe adolescents as the sleeves and under bust seam are a bit short. I was able to wear this comfortable when I was a size 3 (bust 32/waist 27/hip 36) and for reference I am 5'4". I would say if you are taller than 5'4" the proportions may not work on you. The colour is a bit more vibrant than in the photos, a beautiful rich green, on the bluer side. The fabric has some stretch to it. Flat measurements (double for full body): bust: 14" waist: 13.5" length (from high point shoulder to hem): 33" sleeve length (from underarm seam to hem): 15.5"
