Vintage Turquoise Teal 3/4 Sleeve Dress

This dress gives all the Singin' in the Rain dreamy vibes! With a stretchy waist and long belt I'd say it fits a medium/large? Small stain (see pics) that is hidden when worn by pleats. Fabric is slightly sheer but not enough to show anything underneath. Three quarter length sleeves.
