Vintage Twirling Torch Rhinestone Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of a gold tone metal (that is changing into a silver tone metal) and has a modern c locking pin closure. The brooch itself is shaped like a tapered, twisting torch and has a large round white/clear rhinestone at the top beside the "flame".
