Tickle Me Elmo by Tyco Toys Inc., original from 1995. Press Elmo's tummy and he says 3prompts - "Ha Ha Ha, that tickles" & “Ha Ha Ha Ha oh Boy”. *When his tummy is pressed the third time Elmo should shake with laughter but that function is not working. It could be a matter of replacing the batteries. Elmo is approximately 16" tall. Includes batteries. In good condition from a smoke-free home. Please note scuff marks on his eyeballs.
