Vintage USA Pottery 5” Yellow Cornucopia Indoor Flower/Bud Vase Indoor Planter

This cheery yellow Shawnee vase would bring a bright spot to any place in your home! This vase was made by Shawnee Pottery. It was formed from a white pottery. In the mold, the clay was formed to be a standing cornucopia vase or planter. It has a leaf design in the body of the vase and forms a scroll design at it's base. This vase was covered in a sunny yellow glaze with gold accents. A clear glaze was applied before the final firing. On the underside of the planter, it is marked in the mold "USA" and the number "835", for the model number of the vase. This vase measures 2 1/2" wide, 4" long and stands 4 3/4" high. This vase is in excellent vintage condition. There are no chips or cracks or loss to any of the glazes used. This is a very pretty vase that could be used as a vase for a bouquet of flowers or a planter for a live plant. It would look fabulous in any part of your home or even given as a gift for that special person!
