Vintage Underskirt/Crinoline

Amazing vintage piece. Fluffy black underskirt or dress up costume piece. High-low hem. No size or content labels, I would call is a size 6/8. I'm a 6 and it rest nicely on my hips. Good vintage condition, no tears, it does have a couple marks and pulled threads. Fully lined. I believe the outer to be cotton or cotton blend and the lining to be polyester. 16" waist with side zip. Front length is 24" and back length is 32". Smoke and pet free home.
