amazing vintage find with handmade charm. liner is cotton and the other fabric appears to be a heavy wool blend. there is some wear to the fabric and a cut raw inner liner. see pictures. waist best fits 23-25". see laid flat measurements to make sure it will fit, there's no stretch. high waisted fit. very unique and elegant, would keep this if it fit me.
