Vintage Upcycled Mink Muff and Collar

Incredibly well-kept mink muff and attachable collar made by my grandmother in the early 80s. She created these accessories from friends outdated furs as well as her own. A pioneer of the side hustle she taught herself to sew at the outset of the depression and at one time even created these pieces for Eatons fur salon in the late 40s and early 50s. Muff and collar in mink fur with black velvet backing. Interior is black satin. Interior of muff is roomy with a deep pocket for a coin purse or wallet, lipstick, phone etc. satin cording for wearing around the neck or there is a hidden wristlet for dangling when not in use. Collar is approx 22.5” long with 5 button pons with which to attach to whatever coat or jacket you wish. I have even worn this ensemble with a jean jacket. As mentioned this ensemble is in excellent condition with only a tiny bit of fraying on the main cording - not very noticeable. No dirt, tears, odour etc. *jacket not included but available separately in the closet
