Vintage Urban Outfitters Cargo Pants / Jeans / Denim

Bought these second-hand and as much a I like them, I’m not convinced they are “me”. Size fits more like a 26 on the waist - relaxed fit otherwise. Waist measures 14.5” when lying flat. I am 5ft3 and these reach the floor on me.
